Jazakallah khair for your intention to carry out chanda in our masjid. Before we can confirm your booking, please ensure that you are BMCC Bolton or Blackburn certified and that your certification is currently valid.
Please complete all fields in the form accurately. Once submitted, you will receive a response within 72 hours informing you whether your requested date has been approved. If the request cannot be accommodated, we will also provide the reason for the decision.
السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ، جزاک اللہ خیر آپ نے ہماری مسجد میں چندا کرنے کا ارادہ کیا۔ اس سے پہلے کہ ہم آپ کی بکنگ کی تصدیق کر سکیں، براہ کرم یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ BMCC بولٹن یا بلیک برن سے تصدیق شدہ ہیں اور آپ کا سرٹیفیکیشن فی الحال درست ہے۔ براہ کرم فارم میں موجود تمام فیلڈز کو درست طریقے سے مکمل کریں۔ ایک بار جمع کروانے کے بعد، آپ کو 72 گھنٹوں کے اندر ایک جواب موصول ہو گا جس میں آپ کو مطلع کیا جائے گا کہ آیا آپ کی درخواست کی تاریخ منظور ہو گئی ہے۔ اگر درخواست منظور نہ ہو سکے تو ہم فیصلے کی وجہ بھی بتا دیں گے۔ جزاک اللہ خیر
