Maahadus Shuhada – Admission Policy
1. General Principles
- Completing an admission application does not guarantee a place at Maahadus Shuhada.
- Admission is strictly subject to availability of places and the order in which applications are received.
- Applications will not be accepted once the academic year has begun.
- All admission enquiries must be directed to the Madrasah administration before the published deadlines.
2. Age Requirements
- Minimum age for Pray & Play: 3.5 years by the start of the new academic year in September.
- Minimum age for General Admission: 4.5 years by the start of the new academic year in September.
- All students must be fully toilet-trained and able to manage basic hygiene independently at the time of application.
3. Application Process
- Applications should be submitted as early as possible to improve the chance of securing a place.
- New applicants can only enrol at the start of the new academic year (September).
- Parents must disclose any educational, behavioural, medical, or special circumstances relevant to the child.
4. Admission Decisions
- Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation of admission.
- Applicants who are not offered a place will also be formally notified.
- Admission is granted on the condition that parents and students adhere to all Madrasah rules, regulations, and policies.
- The Madrasah reserves the right to amend policies whenever necessary.
5. Fees & Withdrawals
- There is no admission fee payable for students enrolling.
- Parents wishing to withdraw a student must provide written notice to the Madrasah office.
- Any outstanding fees must be settled in accordance with the Madrasah’s fee policy.
6. Parent Responsibilities
- Parents are responsible for staying updated with the latest policies and any changes issued by the Madrasah.
